A funny detail of the Slides of a lecture. An industry representative holds a lecture at the University of Bern on his client, an insurance company. For them he developed software that has the following tasks:
- collecting quotes
- recording contracts
- capture "damage messages"
The quotation marks are in fact only for damage reports. I think every now and again amazing how quickly consultants take the emotions of their clients. It reminds me how incredibly quick newcomers take over the Medical Service of the Bundeswehr, the general assumption that all "patients" to exaggerate in order to press for the work.
