In late October 2006 we made a trip to Zoiglland, our last great bike ride of the season. The train from Erlangen to Weiherhammer (of Nuremberg), we took, and we chose a hilly tour to Windescheschenbach and Falkenberg through some beautiful forests (split card: a , 2 , 3 overview map - Nuremberg ul, ol Bamberg). Well, the tour was, however, thanks to the weather and super tough, thanks to the hill, it would have been colder, we would probably not be made to Falkenberg.

Just before we passed this lady as she is only gone for a walk along a lonely country road ... route where we had no idea. Despite the effort of her climb, she of course gave us a hearty "Good day God!
Finally in Falkenberg, after almost 50km, we treated ourselves to a few Seidla of good Falkenberger Zoigl. Hoppy was and dry, and perhaps tasted better than it had, we would not after 3 hours, arrived by bicycle . The special was the castle, which towers above the brewery. a , 2 , 3 (brewery on the right)
Then back to Windescheschenbach in the race against sunset , with a break in Neuhaus to Schoilmichels Zoiglbier to sip, which was unfortunately sour and was used as a fertilizer at the end, the room was very busy and much too warm and damp and humid for us -. for but little smoky, so we RECOURSE outside, to the astonishment of locals. a , 2, 3 (I forgot how the Zoigl star is called.)
we had dinner at the famous hotel in Zoigl W'bach, where the food is recommended, however genuine, and the beer not bad. Then one of the other Zoiglhäuser who were geöffenet on that weekend before we took the train back home. Oh, yes, the arrival in Nuremberg was so late because of technical failure of the train, the railway sent us home in a taxi. The wheels we had to pick the next day ...
